A generational transition with a forward-looking perspective
After more than 25 years as a member of the Executive Board and since the founding of ePhilos AG, Andreas Kottisch is handing over operational responsibility to the next generation: his daughter Jana Kottisch assumed the position on the Executive Board as of December 1, 2025.
From the very beginning, Andreas Kottisch built, shaped, and continuously developed the company with great dedication. Under his leadership, ePhilos has grown into an established provider in the field of digital procurement, known for reliability, quality, and close customer relationships. We are therefore all the more pleased that he will continue to support the company as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, contributing his many years of experience.
With Jana Kottisch, a leader takes over the operational management who is already very familiar with the company and its customers. She has been part of ePhilos for over two years and has provided key impulses, particularly in the areas of marketing and sales.
In her new role, she will focus on innovation, sustainable growth, and a clear customer-oriented strategy. Her goal is to strengthen existing partnerships, unlock new potential, and continue the company’s successful path with fresh ideas.
“I am very much looking forward to my new responsibilities and to actively shaping the future of the company together with our team, while continuing to be a reliable partner for our customers,” says Jana Kottisch.
With this change in the Executive Board, ePhilos is positioning itself for the years ahead. At the same time, the company remains true to its commitment to actively shaping change while maintaining continuity.
We look forward to the next steps and to continued dialogue with you.
