Following training for the police, Joachim Ohmen initially studied Business Management in Saarbrücken, graduating in 1992. He started his career with the VEBA group, where after holding various management posts finally became Managing Director of a B2B service company (1992 - 2000). He subsequently studied Facility Management in Groningen, Netherlands, graduating with a Bachelor in Facility Management, and then Commercial Law in Saarbrücken (Master of Laws). Since 2003, Joachim Ohmen has been an independent management consultant specialising in security consulting, facility management, process optimisation and restructuring.

Through his thirty years in the IT industry, Christian Oertzen has gained a wealth of experience. Dr. Andreas Mansch
Following training as a forwarding agent (1985 - 1987), Dr. Andreas Mansch studied Economic Sciences at Bremen University, graduating with an Economics degree (1993), followed by several management tasks in the field of logistics, including Assistant to the Management and Head of Logistics at Hellmann Bros. KG (1993 - 1995), Co-Director at the Institute for Shipping Economics and Logistics (ISL) in Bremen (1995 - 2001), Director of diverse projects in PR China, in 2002 Dr. rer. pol. doctorate, Head of Logistic Services at Beck & Co. Brewery (2002 - 2003) as well as member of the Board at AB-InBev Germany (2004 - 2007, frequent traveller incl. to Belgium, UK, Italy). Partner at HÖSEL SIEMER KG (2008 - 2009) and Managing Partner of HS Consult GmbH Bremen (2010 - 2011) focusing on Interim Management (e.g. one-year activity as Managing Director of Kieserling Holding, Bremen). Since 2012, General Representive at REINER BRACH UNTERNEHMENSGRUPPE STAHL, a company producing and trading in branded steels with more than 230 employees.
In June 2008, he was awarded the Badge of Honour from the German Logistics Association (BVL) for his particular commitment.
